Phi-Phi in style

overcast 32 °C

We have been on the beautiful Island of Phi-Phi for a few days now and really enjoying ourselves. We got off the ferry to the biggest flurry of travels agents we have seen yet and managed to breakaway from the masses to get our bearings.

We found a travel agent further down the road that put up with our many questions about places to stay. Upon looking at a few different possibilities we decided to splurge on this leg of the adventure and are thoroughly relaxing in our private beach front (well almost beach front) bungalow. This island is as magnificent as people say and we have really spoiled ourselves here...Swimming in the clear green ocean, snorkeling and enjoying the pool in the evenings. Since this is the off season here this place was an amazing deal for the treatment we have received!! I could go on but I would hate to make anyone jealous ;)

We are heading off to Phuket in the morning and are hoping to do one more day of snorkeling and go to a Gibbon rehabilitation Centre.

Tell us more about Phi Phi. Has it been all rebuilt? Chandi, have you actually been snorkeling, or just Chris? Go to Kata Noi Beach on Phuket, should be able to swim in big waves there at this time of year.Go to Patong for interesting night life and maybe thai boxing.
